Description
Ugu District Municipality is seeking proposals for a panel of attorneys for 36 months. The attorneys will provide legal services including compliance advice, litigation management, contract drafting, by-law enforcement, conveyancing, and legal opinions. Bids must be valid for 90 days.
Requirements
- CSD registration required before bidding.
- Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate required.
- Proof of office within KwaZulu-Natal required.
- Registered conveyancer required for conveyancing work.
- Shareholders Certificate and Sworn Affidavit confirming QSE/EME required.
