Supply and delivery of LPG gas compressor to PetroSA.

Description

This tender is for the supply of a skid-mounted, electrically driven LPG reciprocating compressor package for offloading LPG from road tankers at PetroSA in South Africa. The package includes the compressor, driver, ancillary systems, and a control panel. The vendor will also provide instrument function testing, commissioning, training, and site acceptance testing.

Requirements

• Compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act (85 of 1993).
• Compliance with SANS 10108 for hazardous location classification.
• Compliance with SANS 60079 series for electrical apparatus in explosive atmospheres.
• Compliance with SANS 10142-1 for low-voltage electrical installations.
• Ex certificate (ATEX / IECEx / IA) for electrical components in hazardous areas.
• Pressure equipment must meet PER, PED, or SANS 347 certification.
• Provide manufacturer’s test reports and compliance declaration for compressor package.
• Certificates of Conformity from a South African Accredited Inspection Authority (IA).
• Valid South African PER certificate from an AIA for the vessel.
• Provide medical screening and Fitness certificates for personnel.
