Description
The Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment is seeking a service provider to manage, host, and maintain their existing Waste Tyre Operations Management System. The project will take place over a 36-month period. The selected provider must perform a gap analysis, enhance system features for registration and invoicing, and improve mobile accessibility. Additionally, the provider is responsible for creating training materials for stakeholders and providing ongoing technical support and GIS integration. Key deliverables include a project plan, an upgraded software system, training videos, and monthly performance reports. The work aims to streamline waste tyre operations through improved digital infrastructure and consistent system maintenance.
Requirements
- Must hold valid SITA Transversal Contract RFB 1183-2022 accreditation
- Must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Must provide valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN or certificate
- Must provide valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
