Description
The Department of Agriculture needs a service provider to develop and maintain an e-Voucher mobile application and web-based module for their Online Platform for Producer Support. The project includes development within 12 months, followed by 24 months of maintenance. Key activities include system analysis, coding, testing, documentation, deployment, and ongoing support. There will be a compulsory briefing meeting on 04 June 2026 in Pretoria.
Requirements
- Company must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
- Submit a valid Tax Clearance Certificate from SARS.
- Plant Production Expert/Agronomist: Registered as a Professional Natural Scientist with SACNASP.
- Animal Scientist: Registered as a Professional Natural Scientist with SACNASP or as a Veterinarian with SAVC.
