This tender is for the appointment of a service provider to supply and develop a customized GRAP 104 compliant Expected Credit Loss model for receivables and other financial instruments related to the Municipal Annual Financial Statements. This is for the Sekhukhune District Municipality for a period of three years. Key deliverables include developing a tool to calculate values for GRAP 104, assisting with data conversion, updating accounting policies, and providing training to the finance team.
Requirements
- Joint Venture: Provide Certificate of Authority if applicable.
- Submit valid Tax Clearance Certificate or PIN issued by SARS.
- Must have compliant CSD Registration/CSD Summary Report.
- Valid Proof of Accreditation with Sector Education and Training Authority (SETA).
- Key personnel must be a SAICA member; CV required.
- Provide evidence of preparing/reviewing GRAP compliant AFS in the past 5 years (2021-present).
