Description
Koukamma Municipality is tendering for two projects. The first (Bid 07/2026) involves upgrading the Joubertina Water Treatment Works, closing on June 5, 2026. The second (Bid 08/2026) is for constructing the Woodlands Multi-Purpose Community Centre, closing on July 3, 2026. Both bids are valid for 90 days. A compulsory clarification meeting for Bid 08/2026 will be held on June 5, 2026.
Requirements
- CIDB grading: 6ME or higher (Bid 07/2026) and 6GB or higher (Bid 08/2026).
- Site Agent/Contract Manager (Bid 07/2026): NQF 6 in Engineering, 10 years experience.
- Process Design Engineer (Bid 07/2026): NQF 6 in Engineering, 5 years experience, ECSA registration.
- Health and Safety Officer: Post-Matric Qualification, 5 years experience, Pr CHSO/SACPCMP registration.
- Project/Construction Manager (Bid 08/2026): NQF 6 in Built Environment, 10 years experience, registration.
- Site Agent (Bid 08/2026): NQF 6 in Built Environment, 5 years experience, relevant professional registration.
- Site Forman (Bid 08/2026): Matric, 10 years relevant experience.
- Registration with NHBRC (Bid 08/2026).
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate required.
- Valid Workmen’s Compensation Registration Certificate required.
