Service Provider for ICT Infrastructure Replacement and Maintenance

Description
The Office of Health Standards Compliance (OHSC) needs a service provider to replace end-of-life Cisco wireless controllers and access points, Palo Alto firewalls, and to support and maintain existing server infrastructure. This also includes renewing software licenses for two years. The service provider should have experience in ICT infrastructure support and maintenance, with offices in Gauteng. The closing date is 12 June 2026.
Requirements
- CSD registration required before bidding.
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit required before bidding.
- SARS PIN required to verify tax status before bidding.
- Valid partnership letters from Dell, Cisco, Palo Alto, MBCOM, and Paessler (PRTG) required.
