The National Film and Video Foundation (NFVF) is seeking a panel of five service providers to manage sponsorship acquisition for the South African Film and Television Awards (SAFTAs) and other projects. The contract will run for three years. Selected agencies must develop sponsorship packages, secure sponsors, manage contracts, and oversee on-site sponsor relations. Each agency is required to raise a minimum of R2 million in sponsorship funds. The work will be performed on behalf of the NFVF. The project includes providing regular status reports and final close-out reports. The overall budget for the SAFTAs 20 event is approximately R24 million.
