Description
Eastern Cape CET College seeks to appoint a panel of legal service providers for 36 months. The service providers will offer legal opinions, ensure compliance with legislation, review policies, and provide advice on higher education, litigation, labor matters, procurement, and governance. Requirements
- Valid tax clearance certificate and tax compliance pin from SARS required.
- Business entity registration certificate (CK Document) required.
- Proof of registration with Legal Practice Council (LPC) required.
- Proof of registration with Central Supplier Database (CSD) required.
