Description
South Cape TVET College needs a service provider for a cloud backup solution for Microsoft 365 for 36 months. The service provider will manage Microsoft 365 backup and data protection. This includes solution design, security, compliance, monitoring, and support. The solution must back up Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams. The bid submission deadline is 29 May 2026.
Requirements
- Valid Tax Pin Certificate required before bidding.
- Latest Municipal Account or Lease Agreement required.
- Submit CIPRO company registration documents with member/shareholder details.
- Provide B-BBEE certificate from a SANAS accredited agency.
- CSD registration number required before bidding.
