Description
The National Lotteries Commission (NLC) needs a service provider to supply, install, configure, and support an electronic declaration of interest (DOI) system for five years. The system must comply with South African legislation, support annual and ad-hoc declarations, and provide real-time reporting. Implementation must be within 12 months. The service provider will report to the Chief Risk Officer.
Requirements
- CSD registration and tax compliance required before bidding.
- Must have COIDA coverage for all employees.
- Compliance with ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2 Type II, or NIST SP 800-53 required.
- ISO27001 or NIST 800-53 or SOC 2 Type II accreditation certificate required.
