Description
The City of uMhlathuze is offering long-term leases for industrial development on several properties in Alton North. Successful bidders will lease land to develop industrial facilities, subject to zoning and standard lease conditions. A compulsory briefing session will be held on 21 April 2026, and the bid closing date is 06 July 2026.
