Description
The Electoral Commission needs digital civic and democracy education (CDE) materials. This includes animation videos, audio clips, and social media toolkits in multiple languages. The service must be completed within 4 months of the contract being awarded.
Requirements
- Company must have 3+ years experience producing animation, audio, and social media toolkits.
- Provide three references for similar work in the past three years.
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or affidavit required.
- CSD registration required.
- Tax compliance required.
- EEA compliance certificate or declaration required.
