Description

The National Consumer Commission (NCC) needs a cloud-based ICT Service Desk System with licenses, configuration, customization, training, support, and maintenance for 36 months. The system must include incident, ticket, problem, change, and asset management, a self-service portal, knowledge base, reporting, and a mobile application. The closing date is 02 June 2026.

Requirements

  • OSM or certified distributor certification/letter required.
  • B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit required.
  • CSD registration required.
  • SARS PIN or TCS certificate required for tax verification.
