Land Bank is seeking a service provider for a panel of real estate agents for three years. The agents will handle pre-sale/lease preparations, sales/lease processes, and post-sale/lease activities for Land Bank properties across all seven provinces. The closing date for submissions is 19 June 2026.
Requirements
- Valid PPRA registration and Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) required.
- Tax compliance status (TCS) pin and valid tax clearance certificate required.
- B-BBEE certificate or affidavit from SANAS accredited agency required.
- Disclosure of bribery/corruption charges or convictions within the last 5 years required.
