Description

The EWSETA invites service providers to conduct accredited training for its officials on Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Bid Committee processes. The training covers SCM functional areas, legislative frameworks, and the specific roles of Bid Specification, Evaluation, and Adjudication Committees. Additionally, it includes procurement planning and contract management for project managers. The work involves instructor-led workshops, practical case studies, and the provision of training materials and reports. Training will take place at a physical venue determined by EWSETA. The project requires experienced facilitators with specialized public sector procurement knowledge.

What you need to qualify

  • CSD registrationRegistration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
  • Tax clearanceA valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
  • B-BBEE certificateA B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
  • Other registrationAn industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).

  • Accreditation with SETA or SAQA required
  • Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
  • Valid SARS Tax Compliance Pin required
  • Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit required
  • Minimum 1-3 public sector training reference letters
  • Facilitators must hold NQF Level 8 qualifications
