The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) is seeking to appoint a panel of chairpersons and initiators for disciplinary hearings for five years, starting around August 1, 2026. The appointed panel will chair hearings, provide findings and recommendations, investigate and gather evidence, conduct interviews, assess evidence, and produce investigation reports. They will also manage grievance processes by establishing facts, engaging with witnesses, evaluating evidence, and providing reports.
Requirements
- Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) before bidding.
- Valid SARS PIN or TCS certificate for tax compliance required before bidding.
- B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate/ Sworn Affidavit required before bidding.
