Description
The Eastern Cape Department of Public Works and Infrastructure is seeking contractors for rehabilitation, renovations, and refurbishments to various DSD service offices in Cluster 3, including Cathcart, Stutterheim, Keiskammahoek, and Bhisho Youth Care Centre. The contract, based on JBCC Edition 6.2 of 2018, spans twenty-four months.
Requirements
- CIDB grading of 4GB or higher.
- Registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
- Two written contactable references for successfully completed projects.
- Letter of Good Standing from Compensation Fund or licensed insurer (COIDA).
- Compliance with local content requirements for steel, PVC, concrete.
- Project Team details, CVs, qualifications, and registration proof.
