Description
The National Credit Regulator (NCR) needs a service provider for offsite document storage for five years. The service includes climate-controlled storage, document indexing, scanning, secure shredding, and transportation. The service provider will collect up to 4079 boxes from the current provider. The closing date is 01 June 2026.
Requirements
- Positive clearance from the State Security Agency (SSA).
- Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
- ISO compliance certificates: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 11799, ISO 45001.
- Valid Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority Certificate (if applicable).
- Valid National Agency on Information Destruction Certificate (NAID).
- NARSSA Certificate and compliance inspection letter.
- Compliance certificate from the local Fire Department.
- SARS Unique Personal Identification Number (PIN) or printed TCS certificate.
