Description
Postbank is seeking a panel of service providers for headhunting executive positions for three years. The selected providers will offer executive search services, aiming to attract high-quality candidates and improve recruitment times. Services include market research, talent pool access, advertising, screening, interviewing, assessments, and verification checks.
Requirements
- Membership in a headhunting/executive search professional body required.
- Personnel using psychometrics must be registered with HPCSA.
- Minimum five successful placements in different companies in last 36 months.
- Experience in headhunting/executive search of Executive Directors and Senior Employees.
- Valid SARS PIN or TCS certificate required; CSD number if no TCS PIN.
- Minimum 10 years experience providing Headhunting/Executive Search services.
- Team Lead: 5+ years headhunting/executive search experience.
