Postbank is seeking to appoint a panel of Mobile Network Operators to provide secure and reliable mobile data connectivity for its Card Replacement Project sites. This project will run for three years and covers locations across South Africa, including offices in Pretoria and Bloemfontein. The selected providers must ensure nationwide network coverage using 4G/LTE or 5G technology. Key deliverables include maintaining high network availability, ensuring fast transaction response times, and providing 24/7 technical support. The service must integrate securely with Postbank systems while complying with local data protection laws like POPIA and FICA. All data must be stored within South Africa.

Requirements

• Must have valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN
• Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
• Must hold valid South African Mobile Network Operator or service provider license
