Public Relations Service for National Science Month 2026.

Description

The National Research Foundation- South African Agency for Science and Technology Advancement (NRF-SAASTA) needs a public relations/media relations service provider to influence media for National Science Month 2026. The service provider will negotiate with media outlets to include science-related content, track media performance, and submit a report by August 2026. Services are required from June 2026 – July 2026.

Requirements

• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate or CSD number (MAAA) required before bidding.
• Original certified SANAS accredited B-BBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit required before bidding.
• Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) required before bidding.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in delivering national public relations/media campaigns.
• Provide three signed reference letters for public relations/media influencing services in past five years.
• Project team members must each have 3 years demonstrable experience in functional areas.
• Provide three examples of media monitoring and analysis reports demonstrating ROI reporting ability.
