Service Provider for Healthy Lifestyle Campaign at RAF.

Description

The Road Accident Fund (RAF) needs a service provider for a two-day Healthy Lifestyle Campaign at their Hatfield office. The event includes stands for heart health, diabetes, smoking cessation, substance abuse, and healthy eating. It also includes podiatrist and iridologist assessments. The event will take place two weeks from the purchase order date.

Requirements

• Valid medical certificate required for suppliers with a disability.
• CSD registration mandatory before bidding.
• Tax compliance with SARS required before bidding.
• Dietician must be registered with HPCSA and provide valid registration copy.
• Podiatrist must be registered with AHPCSA and provide valid registration copy.
