Description
Vaal Central Water Board needs a professional service provider to create a Bulk Infrastructure Masterplan for 2025-2055. This plan will guide infrastructure investment and resource use. The work includes data collection, demand analysis, infrastructure assessment, system modeling, GIS, and environmental compliance. Key deliverables are reports, a GIS database, and an investment framework. The project should take about 12 months.
Requirements
- Valid Letter of Good Standing (less than 3 months old) for all directors.
- Valid Tax Compliance Status PIN letter from SARS for each party in JV.
- Full CSD report required (not summary).
- Valid B-BBEE Compliance Certificate or Certified Sworn Affidavit required.
