Procurement of JAWS and Duxbury Braille Software Licenses

Description
The South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) is seeking a service provider to supply specific assistive software licenses. The required items include JAWS Work Perpetual Single User Version 2026 with a two-year maintenance agreement and a Duxbury Braille Translator for Windows single-user license. The work will be performed for SAQA. The successful bidder must deliver the software within one week of receiving an official email request. Bidders may offer equivalent products if they meet the same technical specifications as the requested brands. The contract pricing must remain fixed for the duration of the agreement.
Requirements
- Registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Valid authorization letter from the OEM or authorized distributor
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
- Must not be listed on the Register for Tender Defaulters or Restricted Suppliers
