Description
The Border Management Authority is seeking a service provider to maintain and calibrate 107 Flir E8 Pro thermal scanners. The project involves inspecting, repairing, and upgrading the software for 98 handheld and 9 desktop units. Work will take place at various Ports of Entry across South Africa, including major airports, harbours, and land border posts. The successful bidder must provide maintenance reports and calibration certificates for all units. The contract requires the completion of all services by the specified project timelines. All delivery and service costs must be included in the fixed-price bid.
Requirements
- Must hold valid ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation certificate
- Provide three client reference letters from the last five years
- Must have valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN
- Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Must hold valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
- Non-South African personnel must possess valid work permits
