Description
Newcastle Municipality needs contractors for repairs and maintenance of mechanical equipment at wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and boreholes. This is an 'as and when required' service for 36 months. The work is located within the Newcastle municipal area. Contractors must have a CIDB grading of 3ME or higher.
Requirements
- CIDB grading of 3ME or higher.
- Valid Tax Compliance Status Pin or CSD Master Registration Number required.
- Registration on National Treasury's Central Supplier Database required.
- Valid B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate required.
- Key personnel CVs and certified academic qualifications required.
- Project completion certificates/letters for projects valued at R500,000+ required.
- Joint ventures require agreement, SARS pins, declarations, and business split.
- Third-party verification of professional body affiliation required.
