Description
Vaal Central Water is seeking a professional service provider to implement an ERP information system. The system will replace existing software and integrate with applications like SCADA and GIS. Key areas for initial rollout include finance, procurement, and HR, with later phases covering asset management, supply chain, and water management. The system must be GRAP compliant and hosted on Vaal Central Water premises. The closing date is June 18, 2026.
Requirements
- Attend compulsory clarification session.
- Proof of OEM partnership (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, SAGE).
- Valid Tax Compliance Status PIN letter from SARS.
- CSD registration and full CSD report required before bidding.
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit required before bidding.
- Municipal rates clearance certificate or lease agreement (within 3 months).
- Financial references and audited financial statements with a bank rating of 'C' or higher.
- References for servicing 5 utilities in Southern Africa.
- Proof of ERP installation in at least 5 water boards or entities in South Africa.
- OEM or approved supplier status for the proposed ERP.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience and certification in ERP services.
- Authorization to train/transfer skills for the proposed ERP.
- Accreditation in ISO 11799:2015 for document and records management (if applicable).
