Description
The Western Cape Department of Health and Wellness is seeking service providers for leadership development services. The goal is to create a database of approved providers for a five-year period. The services include leadership and organizational development, behavioral, and change management interventions. These services will support the department's Transformation Strategy and Healthcare 2030 vision.
Requirements
- CVs for client engagement contact, facilitators, and mentors/coaches required.
- Minimum of three reference letters with contactable references required.
- Relevant Behavioural Science qualification and/or PROSCI certification required.
- Coaching training, qualifications, and experience to coach leadership required.
