Description
The Council for Gender Equality (CGE) is seeking a property in Pretoria CBD, Gauteng, to serve as its regional office. The property should be a minimum of 389m2 with 9 parking bays, accessible to public transport, and compliant with disability access regulations. The agreement will be for 3 years, with an option to renew.
Requirements
- Bidders must own the property or have a signed deed of sale.
- Provide certification of compliance with OHS, electrical, fire, and universal access.
- Provide proof of available services (water, electricity, refuse removal) with backup.
- Provide a valid PSIRA certificate.
- Provide proof of registration with the relevant Bargaining council.
- Submit a letter/certificate of good standing from the Department of Labour.
- Submit CVs and relevant qualifications for each position.
- Register on the CSD.
