Description
Dihlabeng Local Municipality is seeking a service provider for physical security services for three years. The service provider will protect the municipality's property, personnel, and assets across five towns: Bethlehem, Clarens, Fouriesburg, Paul Roux, and Rosendal. The service includes access control, site surveillance, theft prevention, and crime reporting. The closing date is 17 June 2026.
Requirements
- Valid SARS tax clearance certificate or tax number required before bidding.
- Valid and compliant CSD Registration Report required before bidding.
- Valid ICASA radio communication license or leased license with agreement.
- Valid PSIRA Certificate.
- List of Firearm Registration by SAPS.
- SAPS firearm register (Section 20 of the Firearms Act, print out not older than 60 days).
- Valid Letter of Good Standing (COIDA Certificate).
- Valid ROC (RPAS Operating Certificate) or lease agreement.
- Competency and training certificates for armory personnel.
- Valid SAPS Firearm Competency Certificate.
- Accredited Training certificate for firearm use (Unit standards 123511, 123514, 123515, 117705).
