Description

Dube TradePort Corporation needs a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with maintenance and support for 36 months. The system should provide a single information source, support lifecycle management, enable multi-channel engagement, offer analytics, integrate with existing systems, and ensure POPIA compliance. A compulsory virtual briefing will be held on 14 May 2026. Proposals are due by 29 May 2026.

Requirements

  • Bidder must be a Product Accredited Service Partner.
  • OEM letter confirming bidder is a registered partner/authorized reseller.
  • Enterprise must be at least 51% Black-owned.
  • Must be a South African enterprise.
