Description
Airports Company South Africa is seeking tenders for billing software services at King Shaka International Airport for six months. The project includes uninstalling and configuring current billing software, implementing a server, moving PNPSCADA to an updated SCADA system, supplying an optical eye for tenant queries, tariff optimization, and configuring ACSA BMS. The closing date for submissions is June 10, 2026.
Requirements
- CIDB contractor grading of 2EB or higher.
- Compliance with tax obligations and submission of SARS PIN.
- Separate TCS/CSD for each party in consortia/JV/sub-contractors.
- Valid Letter of Good Standing in accordance with COIDA.
- Certificate of Contractor Registration issued by CIDB.
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) proof of registration.
- Original/certified Valid sworn Affidavit OR B-BBEE Certificate from SANAS.
- Consolidated B-BBEE certificate from SANAS if bidder is a Joint Venture (JV).
