Ergonomics Risk Assessment for National Lotteries Commission.

Description

The National Lotteries Commission (NLC) needs a service provider to perform an ergonomics risk assessment across its operations. The service provider will assess workstations, engage with employees, evaluate hazards, and provide recommendations. The project should be completed within 3 months. Physical inspections of the head office and the SABS Campus office block are compulsory. Bidders are further required to select one NLC owned and one leased office.

Requirements

• B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit required (consolidated for Joint Ventures).
• Valid SARS Tax Pin required.
• CSD registration and full CSD report with recent SARS tax compliance status required.
• Valid COIDA Good Standing letter required.
• Team Leader/company must be registered with ESSA or have PAB certificate.
