Description
The tender is for the fabrication and erection of a 43 KL steel water tank at Dysselsdorp Clinic in the Western Cape. The project includes constructing foundations, structural supports, and installing inlet/outlet pipework. The project is expected to be completed within 4 months.
Requirements
- CIDB grading designation of 3CE or higher.
- Registered with the CIDB under Civil Engineering class (CE).
- Demonstrate 3 delivered steel towers/elevated tanks/bolted panel tanks.
- Valid B-BBEE status level verification certificate/sworn affidavit required.
- Provide SARS PIN to verify tax status for all parties in consortia/JV.
- Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
- Compliant tax status.
- Letter of Good Standing from Compensation Fund / FEM required.
- Public Liability Insurance of R1 million or more required.
- Secure wayleaves/permits for work affecting municipal roads/services.
