Description
The Eastern Cape Department of Public Works and Infrastructure needs professional architectural services and a principal agent for the construction of Newlands Clinic. The work is based on the latest South African Council for the Architectural Profession guidelines. The contract lasts 36 months, including a 24-month construction period. The closing date is 18 June 2026.
Requirements
- Company Director must be SACAP registered (Architect, Technologist, or Technician).
- Submit SACAP letter of good standing.
- Registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
- Not in Treasury’s database of restricted suppliers.
- Not listed on the Register of Tender Defaulters.
- Registered and in good standing with Compensation Fund or licensed insurer.
