Laundry Services for Limpopo Health Department.

Description

This tender is for rendering laundry services for the Sekhukhune and Waterberg Districts in the Limpopo Department of Health for 36 months. The service includes collecting, processing, and delivering laundry, as well as repairs. Services are needed for hospitals with both in-sourced and outsourced laundry facilities, including Philadelphia Hospital, Janefurse Hospital and others. The closing date is 09 July 2026.

Requirements

• Municipal-approved building structure or Health Certificate required.
• Business site: Proof of ownership or signed lease agreement required.
• Must own 3 x 1-ton closed delivery vehicles with valid registration/license.
• If vehicles leased: Letter of intent with vehicle registration/license required.
• CSD registration (MAAA Number) required before bidding.
• Consortium/JV: Signed agreement, consolidated CSD, representative letter needed.
• Subcontractors: CSD registration (MAAA Number) required.
• Limpopo-based: Proof of residence (lease, utility bill, or tribal letter).
• SMMEs: Valid original/certified sworn affidavit required.
