Description
This tender is for the appointment of a service provider to develop a Provincial Land Transport Framework for KwaZulu-Natal for 24 months. The service provider will analyze the current transport situation, develop integrated transport plans, and create plans for rural, non-motorized, and special passenger transport. The work includes stakeholder consultation and developing a five-year infrastructure development plan.
Requirements
- Valid SARS tax compliance PIN or TCS Certificate required before bidding.
- CSD registration and number required before bidding if no TCS PIN.
- Professional Indemnity insurance of R160 million required upon appointment.
- Proven experience in transport planning/strategy/regulation/legislation required.
- Team leader: experience leading at least four similar projects.
- At least two other team members must have experience in similar projects.
