Provision of Internal Audit Services for PPRA.

Description

The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) is seeking a service provider to deliver group internal audit services for three years. The goal is to appoint an independent Internal Audit Service Provider that can provide an appropriate Internal Audit function to the PPRA. The closing date is 26 June 2026.

Requirements

• CSD registration with uploaded mandatory information and CSD report/number required before bidding.
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC) or Tax Compliance Status PIN from SARS required before bidding.
• B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit required before bidding.
• Internal audit team must be registered with IIA and provide proof/letter of good standing.
