Description
Capricorn District Municipality needs a service provider to support and maintain their IT hardware, software, and systems for 36 months. This includes managing servers, cloud services (like Office365), network infrastructure, and providing end-user support. The service provider will also handle disaster recovery, backups, and security. There will be a compulsory site inspection on 20 May 2026. Bids are valid for 90 days after closing.
Requirements
- Valid Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration required before bidding.
- Submit proof of payment of municipal rates/taxes or valid lease agreement.
- Registration in relevant CIDB contractor category required.
- Accredited/certified solution partner for Microsoft Cloud, Veeam, ISO27001, ISO 22301, or ISO 20000 required.
