Description
Ray Nkonyeni Municipality needs a Complaints Management System for three years. The system should capture queries, track details, send notifications, and provide reports. It must also allow for document uploads, identify responsible officials, and offer a statistical reporting module. A mobile app for customers to submit queries and access municipal accounts is required. Deliverables include system deployment, training, monthly reports, and recommendations to enhance the customer care unit. A virtual briefing will be held on 22 May 2026.
Requirements

- Must have a valid Tax Compliance Certificate or SARS PIN before bidding.
