Description
Eskom invites tenders for the Arnot AGC and Generator Plant RTU Upgrade project for 18 months. The project involves upgrading the Automatic Generation Control (AGC) and Generator Plant Remote Terminal Units (RTU) at Arnot Power Station. Key activities include design, engineering, manufacturing, assembly, testing, delivery, installation, and commissioning of the upgraded RTUs.
Requirements
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit required before bidding.
- Proof of registration with Compensation Commissioner/licensed mutual company required.
- OEM Authorization Letter required for RTU supply, configuration, and commissioning.
- OEM Design-Authority Declaration required for engineering, configuration, and integration.
- RTU Protocol Implementation Compliance Certificate/OEM Test Report for IEC standards required.
- Project Reference Letters for one successful RTU project in last 15 years required.
- Proof of valid and current CSD Registration (CSD number/CSD Report) required before bidding.
- CIDB contractor grading of 5EP or higher required.
