Support and Maintenance for Sage Evolution.

Description

This tender is for the provision of support and maintenance for Sage Evolution for twenty-four months. The service provider will ensure database backups, provide monthly system diagnostic reports, administer annual licenses, handle help desk support, and offer system configuration support. They will also provide user support during audits, application enhancements, and software quality assurance. The closing date is 04 June 2026.

Requirements

• Valid Tax Compliance Status PIN or TCS certificate required before bidding.
• Company registration documents must be provided.
• Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit required before bidding.
• Current Central Supplier Database (CSD) report copy or CSD number required before bidding.
• CV and Sage Evolution Certification of proposed consultant required.
