Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd is inviting tenders for the provision of courier services and Legionella analysis at Majuba Power Station for a period of 5 years. The scope includes the transportation of water, oil, coal, and resin samples, as well as laboratory analysis of water samples according to ISO 11731 standards. The service requires 24/7 availability and a response time of 45 minutes for collections within the Seme municipality. Key deliverables include quarterly analysis reports, confirmation of positive results, and adherence to strict quality and safety protocols. The project involves an estimated 576,000 km of travel over the contract duration. The tender is governed by NEC3 Term Service Contract conditions.

- Valid CSD registration
- Valid SARS Tax Compliance status
- Valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing
- ISO 11731 laboratory accreditation
- ISO 9001 compliant Quality Management System
- Valid driver license and medical fitness certificate for drivers
- Proof of ownership/roadworthiness for 1-ton capacity vehicle
- Audited financial statements for the previous 18 months
- Signed OHS policy and Eskom safety induction
- Proof of compliance with Employment Equity Act
