Description
The Eastern Cape Department of Public Works and Infrastructure needs contractors to rehabilitate, renovate, and refurbish various DSD service offices in Cluster 4. The locations include Mdantsane NU 1, Silver Crown, John X Merriman YCC, and House on the Rock. The contract duration is twenty-four months.
Requirements
- CIDB grading of 5GB or higher in General Building (GB).
- Active CIDB registration.
- Registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
- Tax matters in order with SARS.
- Letter of Good Standing from Compensation Fund or licensed insurer.
- Provide Project Team details, CVs, qualifications, and registration proof.
