Description
SANRAL is seeking to appoint a panel of deal arrangers for 60 months. The deal arrangers will provide transaction structuring, deal arrangement, advisory services, market intelligence, and compliance and risk management. The closing date is 08 June 2026. The contract duration is five years.
Requirements
- Must be tax compliant.
- Must provide SARS PIN.
- Must be registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
- Must have valid FSCA license.
- Must have valid SARB Banking license (Certificate no older than 24 months).
- Personnel require security clearance (CONFIDENTIAL/ SECRET/TOP SECRET).
