Description

This tender is for the supply of Executive Leadership Coaching Services to Executive Management, including the Managing Director, for Johannesburg Water. The service provider will offer coaching services to individual executives for a minimum of 12 months, with one session per month. The closing date is 04 June 2026.

Requirements

• CSD registration required before bidding.
• Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit required before bidding.
• Original Valid Tax Clearance Certificate / valid SARS PIN required before bidding.
• Company registration documents with ID copies of directors/shareholders required before bidding.
• CVs and proof of ICF accreditation of the five coaches required.
• Reference letters for each panel member to support required experience years.
• Coaches' CVs must demonstrate Executive Management experience.
