Management and Maintenance of Landfill Sites.

Description

This tender is for the procurement of a service provider to manage and maintain the Harrismith and Qwaqwa landfill sites. The work will be for a period of three years. The tender is issued by Maluti-a-Phofung Municipality. The closing date for submissions is 18th June 2026 at 10:00.

Requirements

• Valid SARS Tax Clearance Certificate or PIN required for all parties.
• Company Registration Certificate (CRC) required (except sole traders/partnerships).
• Must be registered on Central Supplier Database (CSD); CSD number required.
• Proof of ownership/lease for specified machinery at Harrismith and Qwaqwa sites.
• Key personnel (PM, H&S Officer) qualifications/CVs; registration with relevant bodies required.
• Demonstrated experience in completed waste disposal facility projects with references.
• Municipal Services, Rates and Taxes Clearance Certificate required.
• If leasing, provide lease agreement and landlord's statement (not in arrears > 3 months).
