Provision of Office Accommodation in Kariega.

Description

Legal Aid South Africa is seeking proposals for office accommodation in Kariega (Uitenhage) for up to five years, with consideration for longer leases. The office space should be 319m² to 334m² with five parking bays, near courts and public transport. A non-compulsory briefing will be held on 02 June 2026, and the closing date for submissions is 23 June 2026.

Requirements

• CSD registration: active supplier status, tax compliance, and no restrictions required before bidding.
• Valid, original Tax Clearance Certificate or CSD registration required before bidding.
• Valid, original or certified B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit required before bidding; JV requires consolidated certificate.
• Submit latest CSD reports for all parties (agent, landlord/JV partners, etc.) with the bid.
• Bidder must submit a copy of the title deed as proof of property ownership with the bid.
• Agent must provide signed letter detailing responsibilities granted by building owner, with title deed.
• Electrical Compliance Certificate required.
• Pest Control Certificate (valid within 12 months of tender closure) required.
