Description
Stellenbosch Municipality invites tenders for the supply, delivery, and offloading of various refuse bags. The contract runs until 30 June 2029. The scope includes black, blue, clear, and green bags manufactured from recycled materials, with specific printing and strength requirements. Deliveries must be made to the Beltana Depot in Stellenbosch within four weeks of an order. A compulsory clarification meeting is scheduled for 10 June 2026. The tender will be evaluated using an 80/20 preference point system.

- Valid SARS Tax Compliance PIN
- Proof of no municipal account arrears
- Valid Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Commissioner
- B-BBEE status certificate or sworn affidavit
